Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Glaswerk Winkel. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Cutlery (from the Bestek category) – unless the original protective film is intact
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products with broken seals

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. Upon approval, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • If applicable: A prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA form. For non-defective items, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
